The IBR sample bottles are made of special unbreakable glass and are available in various sizes
(100 ml/38, 250 ml/38, 250 ml/55, 500 ml/55 and 1,000 ml/68).
The screw caps of the IBR sample bottles are available in sizes DIN 38, DIN 55 and DIN 68 and are made of temperature- and oil-resistant polypropylene. The screw caps seal securely with a special lip seal.
The plastic IBR sample bottles are available in sizes 100 ml smooth and corrugated (for coolant) and 250 ml.
The IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean”, based on ISO 5884, are the prerequisite for accurate particle analysis, as a secondary contamination from the sample bottle can be excluded.
The cleanliness of the IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean” complies with the following:
The cleaning process is continuously controlled according to ISO 3722 and guarantees a constant, defined cleanliness degree.
The IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean” are capped and sealed in the clean room.
A certificate regarding the cleanliness according to ISO 5884 and the control according to ISO 3722 is included with each order.
The IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean” according to DIN 5884 are available in standard packaging units:
Specially cleaned IBR sample bottles have an average cleanliness degree according to ISO 4406 of 13/9/8. However, there is no continuous verification, so that the cleanliness degree cannot be guaranteed.
The specially cleaned IBR sample bottles are suitable for all types of analyses, e.g. for chemical-physical oil analyses, where an undefined cleanliness degree of the sample bottles does not severely distort the analysis result.
Specially cleaned IBR sample bottles are the clearly more affordable alternative compared to IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean”.
Specially cleaned IBR sample bottles are available in the standard packaging units:
100 ml and 250 ml sample bottles are also available in plastic smooth and corrugated (for coolant).
The specially cleaned IBR sample bottles are not capped and sealed. The lids are enclosed loosely.
